Gramin Udbhav Kendra

Name of the project t: Gramin Udbhav Kendra 1. Background: India is the country of villages. There is about 250,000 Gram Panchayats in India .The Youths are leaving village speedily. The farmers and villagers are deprived of the scheme of government although it is being advertised in Block level and Panchayat Bhavan. The currently scheme of the government is creating less employment directly. The state government receives less useful data thereby resource planning of state government is less efficient.

2. Necessity: Generally one block has many villages. There is still shortage of facility and awareness in the state of UP, Bihar, Jharkhand, Udisha, Rajasthan etc. There is need to add on few activities that can help villagers and youth. 3. Benefit: By installment of Gramin Udbhav Kendra, little employment can be created directly. The scheme of the government can be shown more effectively. Benefits as: • Villages will be motivated and encouraged for scheme which can improve their earning. • Their lives will be easy. • There will be upliftment in life style. • They will fill connected with city. • They will understand government scheme easily. • Gramin Udbhav Kendra will work as community centre and one point for lots of services. 4. Scheme: There will a community centre so called Gramin Udbhav Kendra in addition to panchayat in every panchayat where the panchayat is far from city. The GUK (Gramin Udbhav Kendra) will run under the control of gram panchayat and inspected by BDO (Block Development Officer). 5. Model: There will be requirement of minmum xxxxx sq meter of land, arranged by gram panchayat. The government will provide fund. The allocation of places- a) Office b) Toilet & urinal (gents +ladies) c) Hall d) Shops for ticket reservation, transport services, courier service, IT café, data centre, doctor visit, e) data centre: f) 6. Allotment of shops : The shop will be allotted on nominal rental basis for 3 years to the youth who is minimum 8th pass and annual income is not more than 100000/-. If the candidates are more, it can be allotted on lottery basis. 7. Liability: Gram Panchayat will not bear any financial loss. 8. Electricity bill: electricity bill will be paid by the allottee 9. Scope: Gram Panchayat will be the administrator for the Gramin Udbhav Kendra. It will use the resources for the benefit of panchayat. It will keep the accounting. 10. Allotment of shop: allotment of shop will be done by minimum 3 members of the panchayat. • Use of office: one room will be used by panchayat committee. • Use of community hall: it will be allotted by on line • Reservation: Gram Panchayat will fix it adopted the rule by government. • Maintenance: housekeeping and electricity will be maintained by panchayat.
